Max Verstappen voted Driver of the Day

Max Verstappen has been voted 'Driver of the Day' for the fourth time this season. Fans worldwide casted their votes during the Untied States Grand Prix, the Dutchman ultimately received the most votes. Verstappen also was elected Driver of the Day after the win in Austria, the great second place in Singapore and his tight catch-up race in Russia.

In a sensational race Verstappen drove from an eighteenth starting position to a fantastic second place finish. The Dutchman stayed out of trouble in the opening phase of the race and worked his way up as the race progressed. After the exhilarating final laps, during which was being fought all the way until the finish, Kimi Raikkonen was the first to cross the checkered flag. With a third-place finish, Lewis Hamilton extends the decision in the Championship for another race.
