(12/4/1995) Rumour has it that Jos Verstappen finally signs for Arrows, after his chances were diminished with Ligier. Ligier seems to have gone for money instead of quality and signed a deal with Pedro Diniz who brought $ 8 million from his sponsor Parmalat.
